Cathay & Co. is a Silicon Valley based commercial real estate firm. Cathay invests as a limited partner in office, retail, medical, and housing assets. We also acquire real estate limited partnership interests, with an emphasis on older vintage (pre-1995) partnerships.

Advisory and Brokerage
In addition to our investing activities, Cathay & Co. provides advisory and brokerage services to occupiers, investors, and developers.
